Dr. Samuel Amo Tobbin is a distinguished entrepreneur, business strategist, philanthropist, and corporate leader with over 25 years of experience in business management, enterprise development, and strategic leadership. He is the Founder and Group Executive Chairman of the Tobinco Group, where his entrepreneurial vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the Group’s growth, diversification, and long-term strategic direction.

Under his leadership, Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited (TPL) has evolved from its beginnings as a general merchandise enterprise into a diversified business group with interests across pharmaceuticals, banking and insurance, media, real estate, and other strategic sectors. His ability to identify emerging opportunities and build sustainable enterprises has been central to the Group’s expansion and continued development.

A strong advocate for innovation and local industrial development, Dr. Tobbin has championed the Group’s backward integration strategy, including investments in local pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.
