Dr. Nana Yaw Ampiah-Amoah (PharmD) is currently the Marketing Manager and Head of Tobinco Scientific Office, Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited. 

He began his career with Pfizer Global Pharma. Kumasi, Ghana as a Medical Sales Representative where he drew up a sales/marketing plan in his territory (northern sector – Eastern, Ashanti, Brong-Ahafo, Northern, Upper East, and Upper West Regions) to execute the annual budget. Here at Pfizer Global Pharma, Dr Nana Yaw delivered results despite challenges faced on the market e.g. non-availability of drugs on national health insurance drug list, relatively high cost of drugs, working without sampling doctors and pharmacists on promoted products, etc. 

By 2012, he had risen to become the National Sales Manager, Ghana Pfizer Worldwide Biopharmaceutical Business where among other achievements, made the business the number one Ethical Pharma Company in Ghana. 

Before he joined Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited, he had stints with Sanofi as the country Manger where he initiated of the partnership between Sanofi and the WHO and Ghana Health Service in the Epilepsy Project and also Life Sciences, BD West Africa as Territory Manager.

Dr. Nana Yaw Ampiah-Amoah is a product of KNUST and Mfantsipim school. He is associated with Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSG) and the Club Chairman of Multistix Hockey Club, Accra.
